The second phase of the project has been launched by Kiran Bedi in Puducherry. During the inauguration programme she has launched the 'Tree Tee Ambulance Mobile app' and Tree Ambulance helpline telephone number, 8939 085 085.
Now, many cities of India like Jaipur, Kalkata are under this service.

The main purpose of the initiative is to provide a platform to battle climate change by replanting the uprooted trees.
The idea has been came during the Cyclone Vardah and Cyclone Gaja that struck South India in November 2018.

The services of Tree Ambulance project are providing First aid treatment, plant distribution, aiding tree plantation, Increase tree plantation, seed bank, seed ball distribution, shifting trees, uprooted tree planting, making survey of trees,
