'Kaizen': Japanese Philosophy for Continuous Improvement!

'Kaizen' is a Japanese philosophy that follows for improvement in personal life and work life. It means change for the better. It tells us the importance of making small improvements on a continuous basis. The root idea of Kaizen is that everyone in an organization should be involved in improvements.
Kaizen can be practically applied to various aspects of our life and work including:
Personal life: To enhance productivity, time management and overall well-being.
Education: Improving teaching methods, student engagement, and learning outcomes. For a student, improving in academic. 
Business: Improving efficiency of product or service, quality, selling rate and customer satisfaction.
There are so many techniques to achieve Kaizen, such as:
5S: 5S abbreviate for Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain.
Stream Mapping: In this step Visualizing the flow of materials and information is important 
Root Cause Analysis: Identifying the underlying causes of problems can make you efficient 
PDCA Cycle: PDCA means Maintaining a Plan, Do, Check and Act cycle. 
By adopting the Kaizen mindset, a person can achieve significant improvements and goals over time.
